Chancellor's Staff Advisory Council (CSAC)

CSAC provides a direct line of communication between the Chancellor's Office and UCSB staff.

Members are nominated from the UCSB staff at large and serve a three-year term. Any staff member can nominate themselves for service or can be nominated by their supervisor to serve. The Council plans annual Staff Celebration Week activities, nominates staff members to serve on campus committees, and provides advisory services to the Chancellor and to other senior administrators on campus policies, procedures, long-range plans, and other issues.
